As Ryze you really excel when you can play around your jungler, since you have great gank/kill setup with Rune Prison. Do NOT get deceived by his low winrate, because he is REALLY HARD to master and will get punished when played incorrectly especially now that he doesn't have any sustain abilities anymore. Ryze is one of my favourite champions and he's really strong when piloted correctly.
